A total of five area teams, four girls and one boys, have qualified for this year’s State Basketball tournament in Lincoln March 7-12.
For the girls:
Class C1
Bancroft-Rosalie/Lyons-Decatur is the #8 seed and will play #1 Lincoln Lutheran on Monday morning at 9:00 at the Devaney Center.
North Bend Central is the #2 seed and will play #7 Malcolm on Monday afternoon at 1:30 at the Devaney Center.
Class C2:
#2 Guardian Angels Central Catholic will play #7 Oakland-Craig on Tuesday night at 6:00 at Lincoln Southeast High School.
For the boys:
Class C2
Howells-Dodge is the #7 seed and will play #2 Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family on Monday afternoon at 3:15 at Lincoln Northeast High School.
