The City of Blair’s “Fifth Tuesday” special meetings of the city council continue – Tuesday evening the council meets at 6pm, an hour earlier than regular council meetings, and will have discussion and work session on the city’s priority based budgeting for the 2024-25 fiscal year, as well as development of a Capitol Improvement Plan. The public is encouraged to attend and participate. That meeting starts at 6pm in the Blair City Council Chambers at 218 South 16th Street.
