Work is expected to begin this week on Nebraska Public Power District’s 115,000 volt power line project in Scottsbluff.
Last week, Senior Project Coordinator Jim Shafer shared with the Scottsbluff City Council a brief scope of the project. He says the 10 mile project will run from the NPPD offices on Beltline, head west towards Avenue I, and then head north up towards Lake Minatare Road by their Victory Hill Substation.
The current completion date for the project is anticipated to be sometime this spring.
