Wildfires to the northwest are behind some colorful sunrises and sunsets that started Sunday.

According to AirNow.Gov, the air quality index for most of the Panhandle is currently in the moderate range, with particulate matter as the primary pollutant.

Those sensitive to those conditions are advised to limit their outdoor exposure and take other steps as needed.

Forecasts indicate the conditions are anticipated to continue through much of the week.
