Several Nebraska post-secondary institutions are ranked highly in the 2023 Best for Vets Colleges as rated by the Military Times.
Two University of Nebraska campuses are in the top 25, with the University of Nebraska at Omaha ranked at 17th best in the country, and University of Nebraska-Lincoln coming in at 22nd.
Among two year but less than four year institutions, Grand Island-based Central Community College was highest rated in the nation, and placed at 27th best overall in the country among all colleges and universities.
Neither Western Nebraska Community College, nor Eastern Wyoming College, were rated this year.
