United Way of Western Nebraska received another boost in the quest to hit their fundraising goal for the 2021-22 campaign, which will be coming to an end shortly.
HydroZen recently presented United Way officials with a $1,250 check toward the goal of $320,000.
The company ran a special promotion during the holidays, in which $10 would be donated to the United Way for each float session purchased during that time.
United Way has also opened the window for 501c(3) non-profits to apply for 2022-23 funding grants addressing needs in the areas of health, education and financial stability.
Interested organizations need to submit an intent to apply email by March 1st to and an application link will be provided, with applications due March 4th.
