A two day trial has been scheduled for a 28-year-old Terrytown man accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.
Montell Red Bear is charged with felonies of 3rd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.
Court records allege he picked up a 14-year-old girl, bought her underwear and fishnet stockings, took topless photos of her and fondled her.
He has pleaded not guilty to the charges and remains jailed with bond set at $150,000 at ten percent. The jury trail is currently scheduled for September 23rd and 24th in Scotts Bluff County District Court.
