A 28-year-old Terrytown man is being held on a $200,000 for reportedly sexually assaulting a girl half his age.
Montell Red Bear was arraigned on charges of 3rd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, Possession of Child Pornography and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Child Monday afternoon in Scotts Bluff County Court.
Court records said that Red Bear picked up a 14-year-old girl, bought her underwear and fishnet stockings, took topless photos of her in a shed on his property; and afterwards allegedly fondled her.
He’ll be back in court on March 26th to have the case bound over to District Court.
