An Alliance man who was the target of a WING Drug Task Force investigation has been arrested.
In 2020, a CI working for WING purchased 2 grams of meth during a controlled buy, and just last month a warrant for the suspect- 25-year-old Moses Dawn- was issued.
On Friday night, Scottsbluff Police saw Dawn driving on 5th Avenue and pulled him over. Following a K9 search of the vehicle, authorities also found drugs and a hatchet.
His charges include Distribution of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Deadly weapon by a Prohibited Person.
He was arraigned on the felony charges Monday afternoon in Scotts Bluff County Court.
