A group of local supporters are campaigning for justice for a young man that was murdered late last year in Scottsbluff

22-year-old Wilson Coleman III was fatally shot at the Rebecca Winters Apartments in November. One person had been arrested in connection to the investigation, but the charges have since been dismissed.

Coleman’s friend and neighbor Carah King say’s that they are asking for community cooperation to help bring justice to the family.

She and others were outside the Scotts Bluff County Courthouse on Friday with signs to raise awareness about Coleman’s death and put pressure on authorities to apprehend the people responsible.

If you have any information about Coleman’s death, you are asked to contact the Scottsbluff Police Department.
