Sunday Crash in Scottsbluff Sends one to Hospital

One person was hospitalized following a collision Sunday morning in Scottsbluff.

Scottsbluff Police say they responded to a crash with injuries at the intersection of Avenue I and West 20th Street at 11:35 a.m.

Investigation showed that a red 2018 Range Rover driven by 73 year old Gerald Kilthau of Gering, was south bound on Ave I.

A silver Chevrolet pickup was east bound on West 20th Street, driven by 70 year old Robin Hubbard of Morrill, when the two vehicles crashed in the intersection.

A passenger in the Range Rover, 72 year old Jean Kilthau of Gering, was transported by ambulance to Regional West.

Gerald Kilthau was issued a citation for a traffic light violation.
