A rural Scottsbluff man who pleaded guilty to three amended charges of Distribution of an Exceptionally Hazard Drug earlier this summer has been sentenced to prison.
In July , 33-year-old Shane Lucero pleaded to the charges following his March arrest stemming from a WING Drug Task Force Investigation.
Court documents say that Lucero sold meth to a CI on three separate occasions, with weights coming in at 27 grams, and two at 55 grams.
Last week in District Court, Judge Leo Dobrovolny sentenced Lucero to 3 to 5 years in prison on each of the three counts, with all sentences to run consecutive to each other.
That means a 9 to 15 year prison sentence in total, but he did receive 197 days credit for time already served.
