The City of Scottsbluff in conjunction with Burlington Northern/Santa Fe would like to remind the public that the railroad crossing at 5th Avenue will be closed beginning Tuesday morning and will remained closed until Friday at 6:00 P.M. for repairs at that crossing.
Detours will be in place and the city respectfully requests your patience and use of alternate routes during this repair work.
Gering City officials have announced that Pacific Boulevard will be closed at the intersection of U Street and Pacific Blvd. at noon on Wednesday through Monday morning.
The City apologizes for the inconvenience and respectfully requests that pedestrians and motorists use caution when travelling in this area and to use alternate routes.
