One downtown Scottsbluff store is celebrating one year of business.
J&S Blooming Co at 1714 Broadway offers a variety of plants including succulents, houseplants, and air plants.
Owner Jen McKnight says they work hard to provide quality plants and helpful advice and services for their customers. Some of these services include advice on how to help your plant if it isn’t doing well and help repotting plants bought at their store.
Their offerings range from tiny starter plants at just $5, all the way up to fully mature plants at $275, and everything in between.
J&S Blooming Co has been able to expand its initial inventory since last year’s launch, and McKnight says they may expand to carry plant books in the future.
Today’s anniversary celebration includes hourly giveaways, a raffle for a 10 inch Bird of Paradise flower, live music and food.
They will be open until 8 p.m. Wednesday, and hope that both new and returning customers swing by to check out all they have to offer.
