A Scottsbluff man is facing a pair of felony drug charges following a series of controlled drug buys conducted by the WING Drug Task Force last October.
43-year-old Logan McCloud was arrested Wednesday morning in Gering on two counts of distribution of a controlled substance.
In court documents, investigators say McCloud is alleged to have sold a total of nearly 3.4 grams of methamphetamine, including packaging, to cooperating individuals during two controlled buys in Scottsbluff last October.
A preliminary hearing was set for next Thursday during McCloud’s initial appearance in Scotts Bluff County Court Friday morning.
Bond in the case was set at $150,000, ten percent.
