Residents and business owners in Scottsbluff are encouraged to attend the kick off meeting for the City’s new Comprehensive Plan on July 16, 2024 at the Midwest Theater. The meeting will be held from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
The meeting will discuss the overall process that will be undertaken by the Consulting
Team and the City during the project. In addition, the public will be informed on the
different opportunities which will be available to comment during the process,
including surveys, town hall meetings, and more.
“This is an opportunity for community to begin developing a vision for the future of
Scottsbluff. This is a document that will look into the future and the residents need to
drive the input process. ” said Keith Marvin, AICP, President, Marvin Planning
Consultants, Inc.
The comprehensive plan team will be available after the meeting for a short period to
answer questions about the process on an individual basis.
