a man who was arrested back in May accused of selling multiple ounces of methamphetamine has pleaded no contest to amended charges.
39-year-old Fabian Lerma was arrested earlier this year on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, 10 – 27 grams, and Possession of Methamphetamine 28-139 grams.
Last week in court, he pleaded no contest to two, Class 2 Felony charges of Distribution of a Controlled Substance.
He faces 1-50 years in prison on each count and will be back in court on December 20th with District Judge Andrea Miller.
