Pretrial Hearing Delayed for Terrytown Woman Caught With Meth and Scale

Court proceedings have been continued for a Terrytown woman caught with dealer amount of meth.

In November, police stopped 55-year-old Tina Sanchez for failure to use a turn signal and , K-9 Duke was called in and alerted the officer to drugs in the vehicle. Police found 10.8 grams of suspected methamphetamine, a glass pipe with white residue, and a digital scale.

She is currently facing felony charges of Possession of Meth 10-27 grams and no Drug Tax Stamp, however this month her District Court pretrial hearing was pushed back until April 10th.
