Platte Valley Companies is excited to announce the latest addition to their company in the form of a new corporate building, located to the east of their current Operations Center and will house several of the Company’s corporate functions.
Scottsbluff is the corporate headquarters for all 22 bank locations, J. G. Elliott Insurance Center, Trust Services, Platte Valley Investment Center and their large equipment financing company, C.H. Brown Co.
Construction will begin on April 8 and will take approximately 18 months to complete.
“Our company continues to grow and so does the need to support all of our locations and operations” said Hunter Kosman, Director of Collateral Assessment and is heading up the project. “We have grown to over 400 associates throughout our organization, which has prompted the expansion of our corporate operations. We are making a commitment to our Company as well as to the local community by choosing to expand our Scottsbluff Campus location.”
Traffic and customer access will be very minimally disrupted during construction. Customers will continue to enjoy banking at the same building they are used to at 1212 Circle Drive during and after construction.
In addition to local partners, Platte Valley Companies is also relying on the expertise and talents of Clark & Enersen to provide architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, engineering, and construction administration services, as well as Sampson Construction as the general contractor.
