The governors of Nebraska, Wyoming and South Dakota are among the signers of a letter in support of Texas Governor Greg Abbott and that state’s fight with the Biden Administration over security at our southern border.

In a joint statement released through the Republican Governor’s Association, the 25 Governors said instead of upholding the rule of law and securing the border, the Biden Administration has attacked and sued Texas for stepping up to protect Americans from historic levels of illegal immigrants, deadly drugs like fentanyl, and terrorists entering our country.

It continues that they stand in solidarity with Abbott and the State of Texas in utilizing every tool and strategy, including razor wire fences, to secure the border.

Biden officials gave Texas until today to allow Border Patrol access to cut wire at a park in Eagle Pass, TX after the U.S. Supreme Court recently said they had that authority, but Abbott and Texas have refused to do so.
