The North Platte NRD will be hosting an AgPhd symposium with nationally known expert Brian Hefty.
General Manager Scott Schaneman tells KNEB News topics will focus on nitrogen application.
“So it has been a long time wish of mine to be able to bring the kind of caliber that our guest speaker is to the Valley here where we can pick his brain and get some of his thoughts on on the management of nitrogen. You know, pesticide management, all kinds of other types of management scenarios that we that we face as ag producers.”
The symposium, which includes lunch, will be held at the Gering Civic Center next Tuesday, January 23rd.
