A changing of the guard at the Scottsbluff City Council Monday night, Selina Lerma and Nathan Green yielded their seats on the panel to new council members.
Mayor Jeanne McKerrigan thanked both for their years of service on the council and presented them with a plaque as a token of her appreciation.
Following the swearing in of Matt Salomon and Betsy Vidlak, McKerrigan was re-elected as Mayor, and Jordan Colwell as Vice Mayor.
