A rural Mitchell woman who was the target of a December 2022 WING Drug Task Force Investigation has been arrested.
Ginnie Bernhardt, also known as Ginnie Perez, is accused of selling a total of 35 fentanyl pills over the course of two controlled buys in southeast Scottsbluff
A warrant for her arrest was issued on Friday charging her with two, Class 1D Felony Charges of Distribution of Fentanyl within 1,000 feet of a school.
She was arrested on Monday with an initial bond set at $250,000, and was slated to be arraigned on the charges Wednesday afternoon in Scotts Bluff County Court.
