May is Beef Month, and on Friday KNEB hosted its annual Beef Month BBQ at our stations on Portal Place here in Scottsbluff.
Crews were grilling up hamburgers and hot dogs for part of a drive-through sack lunch. For a minimum five dollar donation, supporters got a grilled item, bag of chips, drink and cookie, with all proceeds going to Camp Scott.
For just under two hours, plenty of patrons drove on up to support the cause. A final total will be announced in the near future, and there will be a formal check presentation to Camp Scott leadership.
