A former Chinese restaurant in Scottsbluff is getting a new lease on life, and will soon house a new restaurant that expands dining options in the area.
Genji will offer Japanese-style hibachi, ramen and sushi dishes when they open later this month in Scottsbluff.
During a recent visit to the location, one of the owners, David, told KNEB News they’re working on some upgrades inside and out, including installation of new kitchen equipment.
David tells us if everything goes as planned, Genji will open in the middle of the month in what used to be Oriental House on East 20th Street.
