Jaelyn Himmelberg crowned Miss Teen Rodeo Nebraska 2024

Jaelyn Himmelberg of Blue Hill was crowned Miss Teen Rodeo Nebraska 2024 during an official coronation ceremony held at Mid Plains Community College Wednesday afternoon. She was crowned by the outgoing titleholder, Maci Cox of Hershey.

Jaelyn competed and was judged in a variety of areas, including horsemanship, appearance, personality and more. Throughout the year, Jaelyn will attend various rodeos and community events as an official spokesperson for rodeo, agriculture, and the western way of life.

Jaelyn’s story is one of perseverance, as she competed for the title of Miss Teen Rodeo Nebraska twice before winning on her third try.

Jaelyn is a graduate of Blue Hill High School and will be attending Doane University in the fall where she will be a member of the dance team. She will be pursuing a major in biology with an emphasis on a Pre-Physician Assistant path. She plans to practice as a Physician Assistant in rural Nebraska in the future.
