Scottsbluff authorities say a man and woman from Ft. Morgan are behind bars after a search warrant was served at a local motel.
In a news release, Police Sgt. Krisa Brass says investigators found stolen property, more than 800 suspected fentanyl pills, over 11 grams of methamphetamine, $3,300 cash and drug paraphernalia when the warrant was executed at the Capri Motel Monday.
31-year-old Oscar Aguero and 34-year-old Stefine Ramos Juarez were taken into custody on two felony charges of possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and meth, no drug tax stamp, and two lesser drug-related charges. Both were lodged in the Scotts Bluff County Detention Center.
Gering Police and the WING Drug Task Force assisted in the enforcement action.
