Denver Duo Nabbed in Massive Bluffs Drug Bust Case Turns Federal

Local charges have been dismissed against the Denver duo nabbed in Scottsbluff’s biggest drug bust of 2023.

Court records show that 43-year-old Richard Glover and 40-year-old Teresa Goodroad will now be facing federal charges stemming from their local May arrest.

On May 3rd, Officers seized 2.5 pounds of methamphetamine, more than 400 fentanyl pills, and multiple digital scales folllowing a search warrant on their BMW.

After the discovery of the drugs, both were arrested on felony charges including Possession of Meth (More than 140 grams) and Distribution of an Exceptionally Hazardous Drug.

They are both being held in Pennington County South Dakota as they wait to answer to federal charges.
