A preliminary hearing date has been set for a a Florida man who allegedly stole more than $10,000 from a 76-year-old Kimball resident.
In July, Kimball Police arrested 63-year-old Abraham Espinoza, who is facing two counts of conspiracy, two counts of theft by deception, and two counts of Financial Exploitation of a Vulnerable Adult.
Authorities say that after an extensive investigation, it was discovered that Espinoza had stolen over $10,000 dollars by using false information.
On Wednesday, a hearing was held and resulted in the scheduling of an October 13th preliminary hearing date in Kimball County Court, which will include an interpreter.
