Class B Girls State Golf set for final day at Monument Shadows

The final round of the Girls Class B Girls State Golf Championships will once again have a 30 minute frost delay, pushing back the opening tee times to 9:30 am MT. The final group is now scheduled to go off at approximately 11:20 this morning.

Individually for Scottsbluff it’s Addie Peck starting the final round in a tie for sixth place after posting a +12, 84 on Monday. Elliot Selzer of the Bearcats is T-12th place after shooting 88 on day one.

Scottsbluff is currently in seventh place in the team standings after shooting 386.

Elkhorn North is the leader in the team standings after combining to shoot 349 (+61) and they have a six shot lead on Duchesne Academy and they’re 18 shots in front of Norris.

Elkhorn North’s Reese Gloystein and Natalie Shield of Norris are tied for first place after day one, with both shooting nine over par rounds of 81.

The Sidney Lady Raiders are currently in 9th in the team standings after posting a day one combined score of 393.

Class C at North Platte

There will be a half hour delay in North Platte this morning with the final round of competition set to get underway at 10:30 am CT.

Mitchell’s Kaidyn Patterson shot a day one score of 103 and begins her second round tied for 53rd place.

Ogallala in the team standings starts the day in 11th place while Chadron is one spot back in 12th place.
