The City of Crawford Water Department and Mayor are requiring all residents and businesses to cease all unnecessary usage of water.
Due to a pump failure at the water plant, the city said restrictions need to be put in place for the entire city.
They are ordering everyone to stop watering lawns and gardens, and washing vehicles. General household usage of water should be very conservative.
The city will provide updates as more information is available.
