A citizen complaint results in a sizable drug bust and felony charges for a Rapid City woman.
On Thursday evening, Scottsbluff police were dispatched to the playground at Neighbor Park on 9th Avenue for possible drug use.
Officers made contact with 32-year-old Brandy Hinz, who was caught with nearly 700 fentanyl pills and cash on her.
She was arrested and is facing a class 2 Felony charge of Distribution of an Exceptionally Hazardous Drug, and was arraigned on the charge Monday afternoon in Scotts Bluff Count Court.
