A 19-year-old Chadron State student has been arrested and charged with First Degree Sexual Assault.
Court records show Chadron Police were called to Chadron Community Hospital for a report of a sexual assault during the early hours of March 20th.
On Tuesday, a search warrant was served at a local residence and clothing and photographic evidence was obtained.
As a result of the investigation, Malik Ahmed-Hosie was arrested and booked into the Dawes County Jail. Bond has been set at $100,000 with a 10% provision.
