A Scottsbluff man was back in court Friday morning to be sentenced on four criminal cases from 2022.
34-year-old Rusty Dobrinski had pleaded no contest to amended charges that included: Terroristic Threats; 2nd Degree Domestic Assault; Flight to Avoid Arrest; and Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.
In total he was sentenced to four years in prison. Dobrinski had been facing a Habitual Criminal Enhancement; but after entering the no contest plea- prosecutors agreed to drop the enhancement.
