A 28-year-old Scottsbluff man who avoided jail time following a violent fight in 2019 will now be spending some time with the Nebraska Department of Corrections.

Leo Mousseaux was sentenced to three years of probation after pleading no contest to 1st Degree Assault, stemming from a fight where he broke a man’s nose after hitting him with a glass bottle.

However following an arrest last June on multilpe charges, a motion to revoke his probation was filed.

Today in District Court, District Judge Andrea Miller re-sentenced Mousseaux to 18 to 24 months in prison following the probation violation.
