Rock-clearing technology by TerraClear is helping farmers do what no farmer wants to do – pick up rocks!
TerraClear designed an autonomous rock picker that hooks up to a skid loader and picks up to 600 rocks per hour. In addition, the company developed rock map software that shows where rocks are located in the field.
The company stated that the autonomous rock picker is capable of picking rocks with sizes ranging from baseball-sized to 300 pounds.
TerraClear will showcase their rock solutions at the 2024 Iowa Ag Expo Jan. 30 – Feb. 1 in Des Moines.
