On Sunday the 1995-2014 era of Scottsbluff High School cross country was enshrined by the Nebraska High School Sports Hall of Fame.

In that 20 year period Jim Barker’s program won 11 Class B State Championships (3 individual titles) while also winning 15 district titles.

Scottsbluff athletes in that time had 47 runners that were top 15 medalists with three state champions and the 1997 team set the Class B scoring record with 17 points.
