A $500,000 bond has been set for an Alliance man accused of sexually assaulting a six-year-old girl.
49-year-old Terry Grant was arrested last month, after police were dispatched to the Meadows Trailer Court to investigate the matter. Court records say home security footage captured Grant sexually assault the minor, and admitted to the action while interviewed at the police station.
He’s facing charges including a Class 1B Felony of 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, and will be back in court on Friday for his Preliminary Hearing. If convicted on the charge as is, Grant would face a mandatory minimum of 20 years in prison.
