The second annual Horizon Music Festival was a huge success, bringing in fans from throughout the region.
Thousands attended the two-day world-class Christian music festival with musical acts including Rhett Walker and Skillet packing concert-goers in Kahuna Park on the southeast corner of Five Rocks Amphitheater.
The standing-only area in front of the stage was completely filled with fans as Skillet took the stage Sunday night, with hundreds of families and others lounging in lawn chairs and on blankets in the surrounding area, with many saying the entire festival was a fantastic experience.
The new configuration opened up additional space for a new kid’s zone and playground, ministry booths, food and additional activities.
