Davis Bryant of Aurora, Colorado was the winner of this year’s Platte Valley Pro-Am that was held over the weekend at Scotts Bluff Country Club.

Bryant, along with amateur, Jaren Calkins, both finished at 15 under par and it was Bryant eventually winning the tournament on the fifth playoff hole, taking home the $10,000 dollar top prize.

Tim Ailes of Deleware, Ohio and Dustin Volk of Layton, Utah tied for top honors in the 50+ Professional Champions division, with both finishing at even par for the tournament and tied for 18th place overall.

Of course Calkins, with that second place finish, the top amateur scorer, and he had to forego the second place prize money as an amateur, with the most he could accept being $1,000 in shop credit.

The total prize pool this year was over $62,000.
