People from Scottsbluff, Gering, Terrytown and beyond are invited to the 18th Street Plaza this Saturday for an event that’s been held for nearly two decades now.
Event organizer Mary Gonzales says that the 19th Annual Festival of Freedom will be a day of live music, food, and life changing stories.
“For this festival, we’re going to talk a lot about mental health, suicide, trauma and depression and things like that,” said Gonzales.
The event will run from 11 a.m .until 5 p.m. in the 18th Street Plaza in Scottsbluff, is free to attend, and will hopefully be a good time had by all.
