Terrance was born November 16, 1963, in San Jose, California, to Marvin Mokeac and Caroline Cloud. He received his early education in Wapato, Washington. He married Franchesca Mokeac on January 28, 2000 in Scottsbluff, where they made their home for ten years with their four children.

Terrance was a dedicated father and devoted friend, who loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, and friends. Playing pool was a favorite hobby, and he was quite good at it. He was a diehard Minnesota Vikings and LA Dodgers fan. His calling card was his blue LA hat and sunglasses. He never missed one of his children’s sporting events and he loved to cook. His home was open and welcoming to anyone that needed a place. The one thing he was most proud of was his children and everything they have accomplished in their young lives. Road trips to Cass Lake, Minnesota, where his tribe and family were located, were his honor to share with his kids. He loved his American Indian culture and was so proud to instill this in his children.

His way of telling jokes and blaring his rock music, along with his solo air guitar performances will be forever missed.

Survivors include his children, Trey Blanco, Tianna Mokeac, Terrance Jr., Tony Mokeac, Jessica Mokeac, all of Scottsbluff, Nebraska; children, Shaun Espino, Brandy Moore, Shanna Moore, and Robert Garcia all of San Jose, California; his sisters, Enola G (Ramiro) Ortiz of Placerville, California and Elizabeth M (Barry) Maliepaard of Turlock, California; brother, Kenneth W Hough Sr. of Cass Lake, Minnesota; the mothers of his children, Franchesca Mokeac and Donna Wright; 22 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Mokeac; mother, Caroline Cloud; sister, Patricia E Hough; and brother, Anthony W. Rivera, all of Cass Lake, Minnesota; as well as niece, Verdella Ortiz of Placerville, California.
