Susan Arndt, 72, of Oshkosh passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023 at her home.
Memorial Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, September 21, 2023 at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church with Pastor Scotty Ray officiating. Burial will follow in the Oshkosh City Cemetery.
