Sherry Vale Beebe was born to Douglas and Phyllis McCaig on March 10th in the winter of 1958. She spent her childhood and adolescent years in Kenaston, Saskatchewan, where she helped her parents with their crop-dusting business, farming on the family farm, and oil exploration.

In the summer of 1983, Sherry met Thomas Beebe. They later married in Outlook, Saskatchewan on December 23, 1983. They had two wonderful sons together, Douglas William Beebe born November 21, 1989, and Stanton Alan Beebe born March 15, 1995. Sherry and Tom moved to Morill, Nebraska in 1985 where she began her legacy. They divorced in 2006.

In 1985, Sherry started her business that would touch the lives of thousands of families. Sherry spent her years in Nebraska pouring her heart into raising numerous breeds of dogs, before settling into specializing in bichons Shi-Tzus and her specialty, the “teddy bear” Shichons. When she wasn’t busy caring for the puppies, Sherry loved working on projects in her home including carpentry, tile work and yardwork, all with her favorite music cranked up high. She loved her boys deeply and supported them through all their activities in life. Sherry was the best at finding fun activities to do with her grandkids, whether it was building castles out of cardboard boxes or getting them involved with the puppy chores.

Sherry is survived by her sons Douglas (Lindsay) Beebe and Stanton (Cara) Beebe; grandchildren Kathryn Noel, Vayle Lynn, Cora Joan, River Douglas, and Emma Grace; ex-husband Tom Beebe; parents Doug and Phyllis McCaig; sister Leslie McCaig and husband Bob Bach.
