Ronald Alan Fulk, 94, Morrill
July 10, 1929 - July 24, 2023

Ronald Alan Fulk, 94, of Morrill, passed away on Monday, July 24, 2023, at the Mitchell Care Center in Mitchell, NE.  His memorial service will be held at 1:30pm on Friday, July 28, 2023, at Jones Mortuary in Mitchell with Pastor Tom Youngquist officiating.  It is respectfully requested that in lieu of any flowers, memorials in Ron’s honor be made in care of his family to be designated at a later time.  Online condolences may be made by viewing Ron’s memorial page at bridgmanfuneralhome.com. Ron was born July 10, 1929 in Scottsbluff to Luther and Ursula (Dougherty) Fulk. He attended Sunflower school through graduation in 1948. Ron served in Korea during his enlistment in the Air Force.

He married Peggy Whitney April 24, 1954, in Scottsbluff, and they had five children. The family lived in the Hull community near Banner County for several years. They moved to the present farm in 1965.  Farming the 80 acres and keeping a small herd of Angus cattle was his part-time job, and his passion. He worked for Buck Huston, ranchers, and both Scotts Bluff and Sioux County Road Departments.  He also worked for Jirdon Agri and at the Great Western Sugar factory.
Ron was a member of American Legion Post 10 in Morrill and the United Methodist Church. He assisted Upper Mitchell Valley Livestock 4-H club while all the children had lambs and calves. He followed Morrill sporting events and made a few trips to Lincoln for Cornhusker football games with special friends Bill and Anna Mae. He looked forward to taking family trips to the Denver Stock Show, and  camping and fishing at Snowy Range, and of course visits from the grandkids.
   Survivors include his wife Peggy, children Tia (Steven) Schawe, Tary (Michael) Griffiths, Alan (Mary) Fulk, Keith (Christy) Fulk, Tonni (Connel) Sherwood, grandchildren Chuckie, Elizabeth (Michael), Tiffany, Amanda (Zach),  Michael, McKinley, Walker, Christopher (Kristin), Tyler,  Kristen, Kassianne; great-grandchildren, Kenady, Zoey, Ryatt, Melvin, Mya, and William, sister-in-law Loreen Fulk, nephew Greg (Jan) Fulk and nieces Shari (Frank) Riley and Sandi (Chris) Pelton.
Preceding him in death were his parents, in laws; Lottie Kaufman and Willard Whitney, brother Raymond, sister-in-law Jane Ann and husband Kenneth Hall, niece Susan Fulk Masek and grandniece Melissa Masek.
