Robert W. Hartley, 100, of Torrington, passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at Goshen Healthcare Community in Torrington, WY. Cremation has taken place, and his graveside memorial service will be held at 1pm on Friday, November 10, 2023, at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery in Scottsbluff with Pastor Rick Reisig officiating. It is respectfully requested that in lieu of any flowers, memorials in Robert’s honor be made in care of his family to be designated at a later time. Robert was born on Feb 13, 1923, in Terre Haute, IN to William and Stella (Cohn) Hartley. He received his education in Riley, IN. He married Eva Catherine Krofft. Robert was a glass and bottle manufacturer, and his last employment was working for Coors Brewing Company.
Robert was a member of the Masonic Lodge and he enjoyed RVing and spending time with his family.
Robert is survived by his daughters Judith Pickenpaugh and Lisa Hartley; son James Hartley; sister Doris Duvall; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
His parents, wife Eva, daughter Suzann Mallory, 3 sisters, and other loved ones have preceded him in death.
