Our beloved, Richard Leroy Spencer, 71, stepped in to Heaven on December 21, 2022. We celebrate because he is no longer in pain, but grieve because he will be deeply missed.
Rick served his community by working in law enforcement for over 35 years. He leaves behind his high school sweetheart and bride of 51 years, Kathy, his children Briand (Betsy) Spencer, Kimberly (Brian) Jackson, Julie (Brian) Korell; grandchildren Aleesa (Gary) Williams, Austen (Sarah) Korell, Gracie Spencer, Aden Korell, Henry Spencer, Aubrey Jackson, Lucy Jackson, and Libby Spencer.
He was preceded in death by his parents and beautiful granddaughter Julie Ellen.
A service to celebrate Rick’s life will be held on January 16, 2023 at 2:00 pm at The Rock Church in Scottsbluff.
