Richard Gregg, 59 of Scottsbluff, Nebraska passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2022.

Richard was born on August 23, 1963 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska to Donald and Ruth (Reed) Gregg. He received his early education in the Scottsbluff schools, graduating from Scottsbluff High School in 1982. He attended University of Nebraska Lincoln and graduated with a degree in Construction Management in1989.
He is survived by his sisters Barbara Becker and Jennifer Gregg and husband Paul Sisler; nephews Evan Sisler, Graham Sisler and Jeremy Becker (Kristie) and their children Easton and Drew; niece Amanda Libsack (Chad) and their children Isaac and Kaya and numerous friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents and siblings Jim, Janice and Robert Gregg.
