Randy R Kreiling, 68, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 26, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at Living Stones Christian Church in Gering, Nebraska. Max Kelley, Minister, will be officiating.
Randy was born on July 12, 1955 to Harvey and Dorothy (Rice) Kreiling. He grew up in Minatare, Nebraska and graduated from Minatare High School in 1973. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Ministry from Platte Valley Bible College (now Summit Christian College) in Scottsbluff, Nebraska and his Master’s Degree in Church Growth from Pacific Christian College (now Hope University) in Fullerton, California.
As a child, Randy loved spending time with his grandparents, Clemen and Mable Rice in Bridgeport, Nebraska. He often shared stories of working hard in the morning and fishing in the afternoon.
He met Cindy Carter while attending Platte Valley Bible College. They were married on March 12, 1983. They enjoyed their home by Lake Minatare and spent many hours boating, fishing and having fun in the water. He loved to fish and hunt with his son, Keith.
He began working in concrete construction with his uncle as a teenager. He continued to work in construction until he retired.
He was currently preaching at Living Stones Christian Church. He loved reading God’s Word and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with others. He will be greatly missed but without a doubt, he is enjoying his reward in heaven.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Keith Kreiling, his father-in-law, Ken Carter and mother-in-law, Lorainne (Lori) Carter.
