Larry Dean Knaub, 83 of Gering, Nebraska passed away May 30, 2024 at UC Health Greeley Hospital in Greeley, Colorado.
His memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at 10:30 am at Dugan Kramer Funeral Chapel with Pastor Jeff Fiet officiating. Inurnment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Scottsbluff. Fond memories and condolences may be left at www.dugankramer.com.
Larry was born on December 18, 1940 in Melbeta, Nebraska to Alex and Pauline (Schmunk) Knaub. He graduated from Bayard High School and attended Scottsbluff College graduating May of 1961.
He married Janet Ravert on May 1963 in Scottsbluff, where they made their home. Later moved to Gordon, Nebraska where he was an accountant for Stanko’s Packing.
Larry was an avid Husker fan and Broncos fan.
He is survived by his daughter Kim (Jerry) Bremer, granddaughter Kylie (Ben) Scott, great grandchildren Eva and RJ Scott and sister Diana (Steve) Hahn.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents Alex and Pauline Knaub, wife Janet (Ravert), daughter Kami and grandson Cody Bremer.
